The recruitment industry is very competitive synonymous with hard selling and cold calls. Consequently recruitment companies can be greeted with a mixed (ok...negative) reception.
With this brand we wanted to change that perception. We decided to bring out their fun side and be a little more playful with the brand. In doing so we helped reduce the defensive feelings people may instinctively feel and dare we say even made people look forward to dealing with this company.
