What I do well

I am a designer but I also work very hard to develop my skills in programming and online marketing too. I think it's important to have a good understanding of how all the component parts fit together in order to get the most from my designs.

I particularly enjoy larger projects where I can take my time and think through each aspect of the design, but working at Edge of the Web has also taught me to learn to adapt my design to any budget or time constraint.

I devote a huge amount of my free time to reading, analysing and studying the competition, latest techniques and new technologies. I work in an industry where the demands on the service provider increase constantly and you can't succeed unless you are prepared to regularly re-learn everything you know, and be objective about everything you do.

What I do badly

I am known within the office as the "human wrecking ball". I think they mean that I call a spade a spade regardless of who I am talking to. Sorry if that's you.

I am possibly the most forgetful person on the planet. I'm good at remembering numbers and facts, but there's a better than 50% chance I'll get to the train station without my ticket.

About me

I am a Man United fan. There are lots of people all over the country that claim to be fans, but I'm a real one because I'm from Birmingham.

I'm an incredibly fussy eater; seriously don't bother trying to take me for a posh dinner, I'd prefer a specific variety of chicken soup.

I love going to watch live comedy and I ADORE the Beatles!!!

I have also recently taken up squash and I am already much better than Tom (well, you did say we could write what we like!).
