What I do well
I'm a good listener, a forward thinker and have great ideas. I listen to what our customers want and their goals. I then make sure to get them delivered efficiently and effectively. My job is to manage the relationship between our company and our customers. I listen to what our team say, then make sure both sides understand what is going to happen.
Providing excellent customer service is all about managing expectations.

- We are always at the end of the phone, and it is us! Talking directly with the designers and developers where necessary, or just let me get on with it for you.
We are different to other web design companies because we don't just write "we value our customers" and really do care about them being completely happy with their website and the experience with Edge of the Web.
What I do badly
Considering I am from a design background and an Apple Mac user, I am fairly technically minded... although that goes out the window when things like computers go wrong. No patience what-so-ever there. Whilst I know the best ways for a website to function, actually building one would personally leave me brain dead. I'll stick to the aesthetics and talking!
About me
I live in Warwick, so no excuse for me when the snow hits! I have a BA in Graphic Design and have worked in the design business all my professional life. I love what I do and I love what I know.
Keeping fit is very important to me and I'm a regular at the gym, although classes are more my thing than weights. I also have played squash a lot but am keeping that one quiet from the competitive team here. Only because I wouldn't want to steal their thunder, of course.
I love cooking and experimenting with that and socialising... pretty good at that one! Fresh air and walking are important to me, (am I sounding remotely dull yet?) and adore our seasons, especially Spring and Autumn, having the most visually dramatic changes for me (ok, now I am). Back to the socialising, it's been known, I do happen to like a good glass of wine, or two...
