Junior Front End Web Developer

  • Warwick, United Kingdom
  • A salary range of £18k-£24k, depending on your current skill set and experience
  • Full time, Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working role

Your Role

Your day-to-day duties to start with will largely depend on your current skill set, but in time, we see the right person being capable of having their own projects where they’re the sole Front End Developer.

How We Work

We’re a busy agency, so it’s likely that you’ll be working on different projects at the same time. Some of these will be small updates or maintenance for existing websites, while others will be new projects.

We don’t like to micromanage our team so it’s important that you are organised, self-motivating and able to prioritise your workload. While you’ll need to be able to work independently and be a good problem solver, you will be working as part of a team so there will be support available whenever you need it.

Your Skills

For this role, your skills are more significant than your experience, so it’s not essential that you have industry experience, although it would definitely be a bonus if you’ve had another Junior Development role, or an intern position. We’re also open to the right person with no agency experience and to recent graduates, depending on your skills.
